ABSTRACT Feminine Patient, 64 years old, with clinic of 10 days with a 2 years of evolution besides hypogastric pain. Proceed bladder and kidney ultrasound, cystoscopy, abdominal and pelvic CAT with contrast and TUR of bladder mass with screeing. Approaching the diagnose of primary bladder adenocarcinoma by hystopathological exam, avoiding any pathology by extension. Was treated to 1) Radical Cystectomy 2) Pelvic lymphadenectomy 3) Prophylactic appendicectomy 4) Briker procedure 5) Histerectomy + parcialcolpectomy Actually in following and control to discharge recurrence
