The most adenom hipofisary is the prolactinom. This pathology is usually of benign evolution and/or symptoms by mass effect. The association of hiperprolactinemia of 100 ng/ml and up and a hipofisiary adenom is usually diagnosed as prolactinom. We reported a 13 years old boy who went to consultation presenting over weight, hipogonadism and ginecomasty, the laboratory tests reveal hipotiroidism, treatment is made and the symptoms do not improve. Prolactine was moderate and seric prolactine of 188 ng/ml, tomography shows hipofisiary adenom, of 3 by 3 cm. Treatment with Bromocriptina is made and the patient improves in 3 weeks.
