We studied the case of a patient with an lesion taking space at the pancreatic cell level. It arrives to diagnose of Non Hodgkin Lymphoma by on-line axial tomography, being confirmed by pathology, the biopsy material was taken by laparoscopy surgery. The final diagnostic was a Stadium III Lymphoma Hodgkin Non according to Ann's Arbor classification The patient carried out chemotherapy.
