This is a clinical case f a patient that presented edema, jointly in inferior memBrs of a month's evolution that progressively increases cmpromising abdomen and superior members and disnea of nctional class III-IV. The patient is committed under the dia.,nosis of Heart Insufficiency, during the hospital staying the patient is diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Insufficiency an suffers a hypertension's crisis. The arterial Hypertensin is an entity that can rebound especially in many orgas especially heart and kidney. In a chronicle injured heart, like failure the case of a patient with Chagas Illness, the arte'al Hypertension can cause heart failure that can originate a kidney failure and this increases the hypertension creatin vicious circle.
