We present a Poliostotic Fibrose Displasy case in a 6 year old girl which has been evoluing for the last three years. It started with pain at he left hip articulation level, left lower membe'r shortening and presence of painless osseous nodules in the left thigh level. She received medical treatment in the Trauma Department of Jaime Mendoza Hospital and diagnosticated through biopsy, TAC and gamagraphy.
