We present the case of a patient of feminine sex that enters to the service of internal medicine of the Hospital Santa Barbara, she présented adinamia and widespread muscular weakness that prevents her that of normal ambulation; fe ver, chills; dysphonic, odinofagy. Having antecedents of similar problem in previous opportunity. Complementary exams are carried out of which the most valuable are those of pathological anatomy and sputum cultive obtaining results that take us to the diagnostic of Polimiositis and Faringoamigdalitis. Treatment with the help of corticoids and antibiotics is carried out, obtaining not very satisfactory results from the main pathology which pursuit was obstructed by the Hospital's release of the patient.
