The study is ofa descriptive type with a non-experimental cross-sectional design with a quantitative approach, the results obtained show 32 items, defined in two variables: Student satisfaction and Class modality. As a result you have; In general, the degree of satisfaction in the majority of the students is in the medium category (>50%), the degree of satisfaction is higher in the students who take the classes in their own home, it can also be pointed out about the type offinancing the Internet connection, satisfaction is higher in students who are financed by a third party (parent, guardian or other) in relation to those who pay on their own or have a shared payment, they showed, students who have a Own device to pass the virtual classes are those who have a higher degree of satisfaction and not so those who have shared devices.
