Through evaluating the feet of 4-6-year-old children at Juan Latino and Gloria Private Schools, from rural and urban areas of Santa Cruz, respectively, an alternative method is applied through the foot-graph, signs Rodríguez Fonseca Many Toes and a convenient and afforda-ble way to know if there is presence of an abnormality of the foot. Thus it can transmit the information about the importance of arch descent in an early way to avoid possible complications and plan the next step, which is the intervention of a therapeutic protocol. The results obtained incuron the difference of wearing shoes, and other geographical conditions for the appearance of flatfoot. The importance of early diagnosis and benefits of this treatment is shown.
