We described a project for the production of soaps with the educational purpose of showing the entire production of this resource. The project includes market research, technical studies, economic analysis, economic-finandal evaluation and production engineering. In the market study has used the survey method to determine the existence or not of unmet demand in soaps market. The technical study determined the project optimal size to satisfy the demand in the market; the location was established near Warnes town, 23km from the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra. In product engineering was developed the production process flow, thereby optimize the time required for each stage of the process and the appropriate use of raw materials and supplies. Once the production process achieve was achieved, we made an analysis of the requirements for the implementation of the project. Subsequently, we conducted a finandal and economic analysis to determine the amount of owns contribution and the amount that will be required to finance. Finally the feasibility conclusions of the project were obtained through an economic - finandal evaluation.
