We tackle the utility of video games, through its different goals; pursue some type of benefit or information about the people's health, such as the neuromotor qualities rehabilitation. Between hardware and software, several examples are presented, according to the product purpose and relation with the health issues. Most examples are related to recent and ongoing researches. Thus, it is pretend to awareness about healthy habits, to know and appreciate one's own body and live a full healthy life. In this way, we want to contribute to their development and welfare, assessing the impact of certain behaviors on health and quality of life.
