We present a winning project in the Exhibition category 2012 UCEBOL Science Fair, according to the call; in this project has made known the efficacy of honey in stains treatment, a problem that affects many people especially women, who often seek a quick treatment for these lesions without knowing the potential clinical relevance of their "spots". It will be essential to make the correct diagnosis to select a better therapeutic alternative in each case. The educational fact is based in the elaboration of several pharmaceutical forms (creams, lotions and soaps) with honey, as an alternative treatment to remove and prevent stains on the face. The project offers as the alternative treatment for stains, the set facial Nutriface, it consist with products that work together to provide protection to the skin and anti spots treatment, as this made from honey has large dermatological properties. Pharmaceutical forms that are part of this set are: an exfoliating soap with honey and oats that helps to remove dead cells and impurities from the skin, the makeup remover enriched lotion with vitamins that will be useful for removing makeup quickly and leaves the skin moisturized and face creams, for day to protect the skin and prevent staining and a specialized night cream to erase those annoying spots that cause many esthetic problems.
