The aim of the study of Community Health Diagnosis in the neighborhood and Chacarilla Conavi was proposed in order to obtain general knowledge about the national health structure and the functioning of the Health Center. It takes into account available resources, the most common diseases and conditions are available for treatment, in planning to identify and analyze comprehensively the health of a community, in order that future health professionals (doctors) have sense of reality that allows them to address potential operational plans and projects to maintain and raise the living standards of the community and solve problems that can be detected.
