The importance of entrepreneurship for the socio-economic development of the countries is indisputable, however, in Bolivia, studies on this subject are still incipient, and even more so as a cognitive process, which begins with business intention. The objective of this study was to explain the influence of personal values on the attitude and entrepreneurial intention of a sample of 190 students of the career of Commercial Engineering of the U.S.F.X.CH. The central methodology of the study consisted in the use of structural equations adjusted by partial least squares (PLS). It was found that values play a very important role in the formation of attitudes towards entrepreneurship, and through them, in the business intentions of students. The main conclusion is to consider the transfer of entrepreneurial values within the programs of training and support to entrepreneurship, to motívate internally the business intention of the student and thus promote the creation of more and better companies.
