    The objective of this article is to explain the great importance of human talent management to retain human capital of the organization as a path to influence positively in its capacity, and by this, contribute to the improvement of better organization results. In this sense, it is studied a variety of influential motivational theories about the behaviors and attitudesof personnel by conditioning results as productivity, satisfaction and others, and by this, the results of the entity. In this causal bond between management of human talent and the results of the organization, human management practices a leading role because they allow the acquisition, retention and/or development of workers with the greater potential to contribute to the performance of the organizational structure. Due to its wide reach, it has been decided to focus primarily on the retention and motivation of human talent and its relation tojob satisfaction or its well-being with specific examples.
