The document describes the Choqueyapu River development, crossing the city, since XVI century and before, until nowadays century XXI and its influence in the urban system of the city, related to the sewerage system. With researching in some documents and bibliography references, we conclude that the city sewerage system requires a revenue, and that the most important river changed from a life agent to a big sewer of wastewater.
