The work embraces the history of the Union of Newspapers Sellers of La Paz since its foundation in 1936 until the present year. It em-phasizes the foundation and creation of its statutes; sustained ins-titutional relations with the central government over 80 years; and the description of various socio-cultural activities that have been made in the community, aside from their daily work.
