Abstract This article reflects on the politica and social events thatthe city of La Paz sufrers daily. The Political Constitution of the State was analyzed a little, and an analysis is made of what street blockades are and represent and their possible impact on the menta health of the population. Social networks are also analyzecl in times of crisis, which accorcling to reacling and research, become something negative for the mental health of the population.
