    Abstract

    Abstract The research is an approximation the identification of what knowledge, skills, talents and other characteristics of human capital to determine better yields in the Mexican industry. Thus, the research was supported by a sample of 402 small and medium-sized manufacturing companies, and we have monitored for period 2010-2013. The principal findings are the existence of outstanding social skills that SME have exploited in their better performance in sales, employment and exports.
