    Abstract

CORZ PORTILLO, Carlos Fernando  and  PAREDES RIVERA, Marcio Alejandro. User profile and interactivity with the bolivian digital press. J. Com. Soc. [online]. 2019, vol.8, n.8, pp. 11-34. ISSN 2412-5733.

This research investigated how the audiences of "La Razón" interact when entering the website and the social networks (Facebook and Twitter) that the media manages. For this purpose, the characteristics of elaboration, publication and diffusion of informative contents in digital media were established. Through the application of surveys and the analysis of formal-discursive resources, it was established that the media seeks to strengthen its influence through social networks; however, audiences affect the newspaper and other readers, due to the ways of interaction explored in the study. It was verified, among other things, that the lifetime of a story is less than 24 hours, that there is a preference for Facebook among the social networks of "La Razón", and that the sections related to economic and international issues enjoy greater preference among users.

Keywords : Digital Journalism; social network; interactivity; gratifications.
