The right to communicate has become today as an aspiration and also as a goal to recuperate the essence of the relational practice, the dialogic capacity to communicate to each other. This article presents a path from the origin of this term which comes from the international debates of the new order of information and communication to the goal of recuperating the essence of the process of communication marking the difference between communication right and information right.
