Due to the growing advance of information and communication technologies, nowadays it is common practice in developed countries, but there is still a digital gap, according to a recent global study by the Pew Research Center (2016) there are gender gaps in many aspects of technology use. It is for this reason that the purpose ofthe present study is to determine the differences in the use ofnew information and communication technologies in men and women. The methodology used was descriptive, quantitative research design, nonexperimental transectional, reliability of95% appliedin the city of Juliaca topeople of 16 to 68years old obtaining the following results, there is a significant difference between males and females as within the reach of technology and communication devices, men believe that they can reach more to technological divices than women. In conclusion, there are still significant differences in the use ofnew information and communication technologies between men and women in the city ofJuliaca Peru 2016.
