The knowledge society demands the construction of learning processes permanently, this as part of the qualification of vocational training and professional work. In response to these needs arise the postgraduales deals, all of which must enable the development of knowledge, skills, abilities, skills, and the development of ethical and moral values arise. Also these programs must take responsibility for understanding different learning styles and how they affect educational processes develoment in postgradual adult training, to provide training processes that generate real meaningful learning by applying various strategies teaching that allow linking content with the processes of scientific research. However, this work must be accompanied by motivation, maturity and a high degree of responsibility of the learner, since these programs are aimed at developing new knowledge and its deconstruction in mindsets.
