For two crop years 2013-2014 and 2014-2015, they have been evaluated in 5 locations (Tarabuco, Yamparáez, Redención Pampa, Lequezana and Anzaldo) 48 biofortified wheat lines from cross Bolivian and 50 biofortified wheat lines from Mexican crosses. Trials were established under a randomized block design with four replications. Each of the lines they were compared with the control Yampara. Based on the agronomic results have been preliminarily selected seven outstanding lines for their behavior and precocity. Also in 18 localities of Chuquisaca, Cochabamba and Potosí the varieties Tarabuco and Limabamba were validated. The Tarabuco variety had a better performance in 18 locations compared with Limabamba and the control. The average yield for Tarabuco was 11 % higher than the control. The earliness of the variety Tarabuco (63 days to heading) was the main attribute of adaptation in different localities. In other way, in higher altitude the varieties cycle increases and the kernel weight tends to decrease.
