    Resumen

IQUIZE VILLCA, Edwin Edgar  y  ROCABADO ESPINOZA, Carol. Info INIAF [online]. 2014, vol.1, n.4, pp. 41-53. ISSN 2308-250X.

The work aims to reflect the variability of the yield of potato, oca (Oxalis tuberosa), isaño (Tropaeolum tuberosum) and papalisa (Ullucus tuberosus) of the Germplasm Bank Andean Root and Tuber of Bolivia at the Toralapa Experimental Station (Tiraque, Cochabamba). It was evaluated in two agricultural periods potato accessions 1505, papalisa 179, oca 478 and isaño 74. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics for quantitative data, frequency distribution and Shapiro- Wilk test for the determination of the normality of the data. The 2.5% applied to the reference value [ + (2 * S)] for the selection of accessions with high yields. The results in potato germplasm accessions that have some phenotypic stability and higher yield was observed: in Solanum tuberosum subsp. andigenum are seven, in Solanum tuberosum subsp. tuberosum are four; two in oca; two in isaño; two in papalisa. Potato yields kg / plant (2013-2014) was observed 0.0050 to 0.7375; oca in 0.051-1.781; isaño in 0.060-1.785; papalisa and respectively from 0.0088 to 0.8233. We conclude that there is variation inthe yield of Potato Germplasm Collections, papalisa, oca and isaño. Within them accessions were observed with higher yields and the behavior of two agricultural cycles presents some stability. They can be utilized in genetic improvement or production.
