In order to characterize the variability in 350 lines of international bread wheat nursery 45IBWSN, introduced from CIMMYT in 2012 management was established in the village of Molino Yuraj Cochabamba department. For this purpose were evaluated around 15 quantitative and qualitative variables that allowed to discover their attributes of each line introduced of germplasm variability. For analysis were used methods of descriptive statistics and multivariate methods specifically bivariate Pearson correlations and the principal components analysis (PCA). We identified at least 15 lines exceeding the yield averages of the witness under the conditions of the locality of Yuraj mill, such as L-1175, L-1018, L-1005, L-1073, L-1151, L-1107, L-1228 L-1197, L-1219, L-1186, L-1201, L-1112, L-1211, L-1050 and L-1168. We also identified lines with high test including weight lines: L-1343, L-1066 and L-1036 and finally identified groupings among the variables of performance components plant height, yield and number of grains per spike through biplot graphic and the correlations between the variables by the Pearson coefficient.
