The rib-abdominal body area presented the highest parasitic frequency (42.91%). The parasite frequency in animals of dairy farms was 61.74%, whereas in bovines of mixed farms (meat-milk) was 38.26% (P> 0.05). Then it was conclude that the H. irritans frequency in bovines is intense, and in farms is severe, being the dairy farms the most infested.
