Currently the education offered by most educational institutions is based on a traditional model is away from the labor reality that will later address the graduates. This project seeks to ensure competent graduates, able to operate in any environment, labor and personnel, so our proposal is based on the need for education with virtual component, the model of competency-based education. This approach has been applied exploratory, analytical and synthetic method for diagnosis have a higher level of education, technical and secondary analysis; then he performed the necessary research for each of the participants, who worked on each of the educational leveis cited, which has been able to raise a model of education with virtual component based on competence and aframeworkfor skills development Learning through objects that respond to the approach.
