    Resumen

    Abstract This article presents a proposal for technological and pedagogical solution support teachers of educational units ofthe La Paz city, extensible to other cities and regions ofour country to the limitations of internet access in their classrooms is presented, the educational benefits the use of ICT and skills ofyoungpeople and children in handling cell or tablets. This proposal has been developed with the methodology Flipped Classroom regarding the educational solution on the other hand has built a LAN network that is installed on its server's virtual learning platform Moodle ®, with tutorials Moodle management, the use ofICT and issues matter 6th Math. Secondary, this refers to the technology solution. The platform used in the Virtual Classroom Learning Units Educational La Paz (AVAUE - LP), will Moodle ® installed on the teacher's computer which, through a WIFI network, cellular or tablets students connect , the Kuaas computers or computers available to the Educational Unit
