ORIHUELA S., Nancy; CASILLA G., René  and  ZEBALLOS A., José L.. WEB APPLICATION FOR DECISIONS e- Informática. Rev Inv Tec [online]. 2012, n.1, pp. 22-29. ISSN 2306-0522.

The Information System for Academic Management Decision Making (SIGA) makes an integration of leading academic and administrative processes, of the different units of the Computer Science Career, using a web application. The software prototypes development (created by researchers), can integrate different web application modules based on each one implementation independence. The process reengineering and reverse engineering enforcement, has enabled a Database implementation (with information of students, teachers, administrative and common daily tasks at the Computer Science Career) on a web server, accomplishing an appropriate and immediate decision making. The web application maintenance, will be possible to do since SIGA will have technical documentation about the modules to be implemented.
