    Resumo

    This paper is part of the doctoral thesis entitled "The technological pedagogical content knowledge of the Juan Misael Saracho University teaching staff", based on studies of Shulman (1987), who proposed the pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) and Koehler and Mishra (2006) who suggested the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPCK). These two last authors talk about the importance of integrating knowledge of technology into the pedagogy. Methodologically it corresponds to a múltiple case study, for this reason three educators were selected because of they use regularly digital technologies into their classes, which is one of the essential prerequisites, among others. Non-participant observation and interviews were the techniques used with emphasis, and their data were analyzed based on theoretical dimensions which were product from the observations. In this article, it is presented the case of a law professor. The results show that experience plays a key role into the ICTs conception, which are used to support the teaching process; and besides then, it is also applied strategies such as: the question, analogy, wrap, among others. According to the results, some components of TPCK are evident. So there is no coherence and consistent relationship between the speech and the practice.
