    Resumo

    This paper is the result of a research applied to the administrative staff of the "Juan Misael Saracho" University from Tarija city during 2014. The aim of the study is to determine whether Mobbing is present in this administrative staff, taking into account different Mobbing strategies such as labor disrepute, the obstruction of progress, isolation or blocking of communication, covert intimidation, manifest intimidation, personal discredit and presence of undefined behavior of harassment on staff. The type of research ¡s exploratory because through ¡t a relatively unknown phenomenon ¡n our environment becomes familiar; it was taken a sample of 121 workers, both from permanent and temporary employees. The data analysis is performed quantitatively and qualitatively: the quantitative analysis is expressed through tables, graphs and percentages; and the analysis and explanation of these percentages referrers to qualitative one. The results show that, in general terms, there is no mobbing in the administrative staff of "Juan Misael Saracho" University from Tarija City during 2014; thus, different strategies of mobbing are present at low levéis. However, the results also reveal a minimal, but significant presence of systematic and recurring harassment in order to discredit the work of some employees, disturbing and inhibiting the performance of their duties
