The diagnosis was made In the áreas of organtatlon and ways of performance, economlc and financia I, operatlons, commerclallzatlon and human resources. Wlth the diagnosis, result where the FODA analysls was used an organlzatlonal structure, an employee-worlílng manual, regulatlons and procedure manuals were deslgned for micro buslness use and also to períorm thelr worklng tasks In a more organlzed way almlng to be efficlent and competitiva. Wlth the Implementatlon of the project, It is expected that the major beneficiarles have an orgailzailonal model In order to develop an efficient and effectlve work, generatlng employment and high quallty productlon, belng competltlve and growing based on a contlnuousexpansión.
