FERNANDEZ, Deimar e CASTRO, Clemente. Bioecologic base study of the fish doradito (oligosarcus bolivianus), for its cultivation in captivity. Rev. Vent. Cient. [online]. 2013, vol.1, n.6, pp. 11-15. ISSN 2305-6010.
The objectlve of the research work was to eonduct an ecological and ethological characterization of the gold fish (Ollgosarcusbollvlanus) as the basis for Its cultivation In captivity and contribution to tood security, The fish were collected in lotic environments of the San Andrés River and the lentic environments of the San Jacinto Lake. Specles Identification was based on "Classiflcation of Rshes In the Plata Basin" Raúl Rlnguelet 1967. For morphometric measurements Ichthyofogy piocedures were applied, this to measure the total length, total weight and helght of the body. The external morphobgical difieren ees between males and females were performed by uslng the touch revlew of the anal fin, observing a roughness on the male fish fin. The valúes of the degree of gonad maturity were obtalned on a scale of I to V (one to five), for reophllos fish. In terms of potential fertillity, the countlng of 25 fish oavs of registered fish samples estimated the potentlal fertility In mature females. The analysis of stomach contents were determined by using a stereoscopy, noting that the gold fish accepts external feeding, consisting of balanced food, cultured earthwomns, which are eaten before the food reaches the bottom. The gold fish Is a fish posslble to reproduce In captive conditions
