Abstract The relationship between higher education and the labor market is a key factor for improving the quality and efficiency of education instructions. So following their graduates is a strategic element for universities, it allows authorities to make decisions to improve education and support professionals. The university must address the employment and social impact of its graduates as a means of evaluating their courses or programs of study that offer. The main project's objective proposes to develop a software application that provides relevant, college graduates of JMS University to support decision making and academic planning at the institutional level. The project reached two results: a pilot study, and the computer system SIGGA "Tracking system and information on graduates' The pilot study was to understand the logic and operation of the questionnaires that were proposed as a model for tracking graduates In the pilot study questionnaires were designed for employers and graduates for careers in Civil Engineering and Computer Engineering, once validated these questionnaires were applied to the samples defined. Computer system SIGGA was developed to allow dynamic generation of questionnaires, online application of these questionnaires to graduates and employer firms, generate graphical and tabular results of questionnaires filled.
