This article presents the implementation of major educational project Evest, Virtual Education Development in the Department of Tarija, Bolivia. It refers specifically to the experience of project development, educational model used, components and technology applied. On the other hand, highlights the innovative character of the use of educational websites and success in each of the secondary level educational units of the Department of Tarija, Bolivia.
