The present Project expresses a investigation study about the necessity to have a value formation program and basically identifies which are the fundamental academic values required for the formation of our professionals from an academic point of view in the area. Therefore in first instance we characterize and identify what and how previous works in this area have been approached, by other way we investigate about the acceptation and success in previous works in values formation for after identify the necessary academic and indispensable values needed for a professional formation of quality. The results found in this work reflect that the performs in the values formations have received little response and acceptation, not so much for the strategy but for the poor socialization of the same, likewise is identified fundamental values in the professionalization such as compromise, equality, responsibility and sensibility.
