The gene as the basic unit of heredity or genetic determinant encoding, it has nucleotide sequence information for specific physiological properties which in turn controls the properties of organisms such as bacteria, unicellular microorganisms involved in various biological cycles and can also be of pathogenicity for humans, that is of vital importance to study bacterial genetics, ie the characteristics of the bacterium in their nature, function, performance, shape, development, reproduction, growth capacity in certain media, metabolism and utilization of nutrients in order to determine the infectivity of the same and also to understand cellular physiology and to produce substances for the benefit of humankind using genetic engineering and molecular biology, and must for this reason be of particular interest in bacterial DNA, chemical responsible for both replication and function of the genes.
