Cosmetic surgery is related to a series of procedures that are intended to improve the physical appearance of the subjeets, so that some anatomical regions are modified or changed by the application of implants, prosthesis or lifting, which amended the short within the structure of the intervening región. The procedures performed and can be performed anywhere on the body, with which the patient is unhappy about their appearance, so that the surgery involved facilitating acceptance of the subject in a social setting demanding standards of beauty and where advertising, intervenes significantly in the modeling of perfection according to the social and cultural environment era where the individual develops. In this way planned interventions must be carefully structured, because complications that arise through and after surgery procedure can affectthe health of the patient and in more severe cases the quality of life of it, so knowledge of the risks and complications resulting from cosmetic and reconstructive surgery should be known to those who undergo it
