Reconstructive and aesthetic surgery and aesthetic surgery of the palate, is a procedure required by a high percentage of the world population, since alterations such as cleft palate that occur more frequently in Asian and Caucasian population, may become apparent at any patient regardless of age sex or race. These abnormalities occur during intrauterine development disorders caused by two primordial that do not fuse properly and is presumed to arise from genetic alterations and / or intervention of environmental factors. Surgical procedures to correct these anomalies are numerous and will begin at six to nine months of life and conclude in adulthood once the person has already reached a total cranial development. Surgeries are scheduled for reconstruction: surgery lip, hard and soft palate; nose surgery with a more than functional and aesthetic purpose after reconstruction of the dental alveoli will take to finally proceed with the repair of lip and nose plus craniofacial surgeries are optional and are made in cases where the aesthetic is greatly affected.
