Facial aesthetics are very important in the individual self assessment of people. The oral área become an important región, so oral aesthetics considers not only the teeth but also the periodontal región, if there are changes at this level creates an imbalance and disharmony in the smile. Periodontal plástic surgery is a surgical procedure that aims to correct the imperfections at free or attached gums, which may result from anatomical or developmental abnormalities, trauma, recessions caused by the presence of local irritants, increased volume gum produced by the ingestión of drugs, pregnancy and puberty. For correction, there are techniques that are based on the elimination of excessive gingival tissue, including stand gingival depigmentation spots, which is usually only gingivoplasty aesthetic gingivectomy. Furthermore, the techniques are based on the replacement of lost gingiva for thus obtaining performing autografts and flaps are required
