Cosmetic surgery cheek, is a set of surgical techniques, which seek, physical and psychological well-being of people, improving facial aesthetics, so that they act in conjunction with other surgical procedures such as rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty and Malarplasty, which contribute to the results obtained by surgery cheeks. This, like all facial surgeries, aims to improve the aesthetic appearance of the patient, according to the kind of request that these require, in general, the most frequent requests are given by people who have congenital deformities, acquired as well, those presenting cell aging with a consequent decrease in volume in certain áreas of the face. Among the most widely practiced surgical techniques now have the Bichectomy, it allows the reduction of the ball Bichat Adipose; meeting also, partial or total resection of the fat bag of Bichat, technique known as Bichatoplastía; besides lipoimplantación characterized by complete and thus outline áreas with low volumes or quite noticeable depressions, which enables the individual to adapt to a society that is based only on superficial expectations
