ABSTRACT Cosmetic surgery is a subspecialty of surgery that allows using plastic surgical techniques and procedures to improve the appearance of the people are healthy or sick. In terms of the legs there are certain conditions which can affect the aesthetics of the same, such as the loss of elasticity and the presence of wrinkles in skin, increasing volume for obesity or the lack of volume in the legs is a congenital disease or muscular atrophy, because it has created aesthetic surgical techniques to improve the appearance of the legs, as the thigh lift, it may be bilateral, medial, or inner, leg liposuction and tummy calves to increase its volume by using silicone prosthesis. The results of these surgical procedures vary according to the technique used and the individuality of the patient, so that the thigh lift are looking to tone and tighten the skin in the area, with liposuction is to eliminate excess fat in certain regions and other regions to fill it, and the pantorrilloplastía seeks to increase their size.
