ABSTRACT Cosmetic surgery is a subspecialty of surgery that allows using plastic surgical techniques and procedures to improve the appearance of the people are healthy or sick. In terms of the legs there are certain conditions which can affect the aesthetics of the same, such as the loss of elasticity and the presence of wrinkles in skin, increasing volume for obesity or the lack of volume in the legs is a congenital disease or muscular atrophy, because it has created aesthetic surgical techniques to improve the appearance of the legs, as the thigh lift, it may be bilateral, medial, or inner, leg liposuction and tummy calves to increase its volume by using silicone prosthesis.
