Cosmetic surgery of buttocks, is a surgical technique that has become increasingly more popular in young people especially females, who search for the perfect figure, choose to change their body shape approaching a social mold determined by the cultural physical profile of each region. In this sense, the contributions of plastic surgery have improved the appearance of the gluteal area, through procedures such as liposuction, modeling and reimplantation of fatty tissue, the use of tensioning wires and prosthetic application, that most often accompanied by modeling of near the buttocks as the abdomen, waist and thigh areas. However, the misuse of certain non-biodegradable agents such as oils tickets, cooking, animal fat, etc.., have led to severe complications in patients that these procedures are performed in the hands of unscrupulous persons, defects must be corrected severe resulting with the use of laser. The techniques used regularly, rarely have complications that limit their use, provided they are carried out by professionals in the area.
