ABSTRACT Surgery Abdominal so called abdominoplasty or tummy tuck is used to correct defects caused by some kind of trauma or to improve abdominal appearance by reducing excess skin and fatin addition to streng then ing the muscles at the level of the abdominal wall. Abdominoplasty can be combined or performed simultaneously with liposuction, bariatric surgery, breast reduction, breast lift and lift buttock sand thighs. Because of that there are several factors distorting the abdominal wall, such as obesity, abdominal distension, gravitation and muscle separation, this surgery has become the procedure of choice for larger users so as to improve bodily appearance. Surgery was performed under general anesthesia, but if it were a micro abdominoplasty you can use local anesthesia. The patient is discharged 24 hours after and may have swelling or pain that gradually decreases. The surgeon must indicate cleanness frequency and how often you should change the bandages to avoid possible complications. Sutures are removed between ten to fourteen days post-operative healingand complete until six months later.
