ABSTRACT Cosmetic breast surgery is a surgical procedure that aims to rebuild this organ,thus recreating the normal anatomy of it, thus making it the physical and emotional well-being of the patient, so tuck this anatomical region reached high levels of popularity in the social environment. There are various techniques for aesthetic breast surgery, including reduction mammoplasty that aims to decrease breast size; the breast augmentation, which is done in situations of a breast hypoplasia or reduced it, or just size because women want a larger gland, or correct an asymmetry of this region. For this there are techniques such as the use of implants or mastopexy or breast pexia that allows a rise in cases of breast ptosis or sagging breast and breast reconstruction after extirpation by the presence of cancer, each can lead to various complications that can occur immediately or late in relation to each patient.
