ABSTRACT Arms are important components and highly aesthetic body contouring, why the concern for keeping slim, firm and sagging absent significantly increases not only in women but also in men, especially in people who previously have undergone surgeries to decrease body weight (post-bariatric surgery). Similarly, the presence of lipohypertrophy or lipodystrophy in this area, which affects people over 40 years of aging tissues, which is necessary in some cases the application of cosmetic surgery. However, not all people can access a tummy region requiring a careful assessment of each case to the decision of the type of intervention that seeks to make, it being necessary to take into account the appearance of the skin and tissue of the face dermograso inner arms, the amount of tissue to remove the ability to retract possessing this region, patient age, type of healing, etc.., in order to indicate the type of intervention most propitious to avoid any complications, less invasive and you leave minimal scarring.
