ABSTRACT The lifting has become one of the most requested surgeries by most people at age 40, as an alternative to counter and delay the effects of time on the physical aspect, being the face and neck areas most affected and of most aesthetic interest of an individual. The face and neck aging in parallel but the neck reflects the more visible signs of aging. It occurs because it becames dehydratated easely, it is one of the regions most exposed to the environment and for morphological changes with weight gain or loss. The neck lifting searching a style in this region contributes to the aesthetics of the face, since the contour and affirm the neck, there is a better definition of the mandibular angles, so that there is harmony in the face, which is considered to the neck lift and facelift complement to achieve an integro rejuvenation patient.
