ABSTRACT The observation and study of pathogens in an infected organism is an essential practice for future diagnosis and treatment of disease, therefore you must make a deeper study implementing laboratory tests , for which you must obtain a biological product it can be transported to the laboratory and examined at that time. Isolation of pathological element in culture is essential to achieve the correct observation, analysis and diagnosis of a particular disease. An important resource for determining the pathological element is to mark the elements with polyclonal or monoclonal antibodies so that these conform the antigen - antibody can be improved complementary study using fluorescence and in this way the observer can identify the type of organism causing disease . There are different mechanisms of which the most important are immunofluorescence, radioimmunoassay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent.
