ABSTRACT All vertebrate animals have the ability to recognize molecules or substances that enter their body. The immune system is responsible to react and prevent the body from physical or substances attacks, eliminating the aggressor with a series of chemotactic mechanisms , but this response would not be possible without the presence of proteins as highly structuralized for immunoglobulins (Ig ) or also called antibodies (Abs). The antibodies (Ab) are specialized proteins that may perform different functions in our body, of which the most important may be the immunity, toxin neutralization and blocking the invasion of viruses. There will be different types of immunoglobulins , in their structure , but they have significant when fulfilling its functions differences due to having regions containing different types and sequences of amino acids which were related to specific amino acid sequences in the antigen or in some cells target.
