VILLALBA HERRERA, Ericka Wendie  e  VILDOZO ARROYO, Oscar Javier. TRASTORNOS HEMODINAMICOS II: HIPEREMIA, CONGESTIÓN, HEMORRAGIA Y HEMOSTASIA. Rev. Act. Clin. Med [online]. 2014, vol.43, pp. 2282-2286. ISSN 2304-3768.

Hemodynamic disturbances are the result of constant alteration of the blood circulation, which is essential since it supplies oxygen and nutrients to all body cells. They also are the result of disturbances to normal water hemostasis, which comprises maintaining were within physiological values , the integrity of the vessel walls, intravascular pressure and osmolarity. Within these disorders include: • Hyperemia: which is a disorder of increased blood volume active due to the increase of blood inflow, resulting in a marked arterial vasodilation which manifests clinically as a reddish discoloration of the affected tissues. • Congestion: is a condition in which a person is given the increased blood volume by a (local) isolated venous obstruction or systemic obstruction. Unlike hyperemia, affected tissues or organs will present a bluish (cyanotic). • Hemorrhage is extravasation after breaking a glass by traumatic injury, atherosclerosis, inflammatory disorder, or also by congenital or acquired bleeding diathesis. This disorder has a broad classification, either by location, etiology, affected vessel, size and extension, among others.
